Rosemary A. "Rosie" Deitsch , age 81, of Coldwater, Ohio, died on January 23, 2018, at her home.
She was born November 29, 1936, in Celina, OH, to the late Leo and Agnes (Braun) Muhlenkamp. On November 7, 1959, in Trinity, IN, she married the late Bevan Deitsch, who died December 17, 2005.
Surviving are her children, Rob Deitsch of Celina, Sandy (Mike) Sherrill of Tipp City, OH, Barb (Mike) Elliott of Bridgeport, WV, Jill (John) Henry of Deatsville, AL, Lee (Lisa) Deitsch of St Henry, Lisa (Neal) Giere of Coldwater and Jayne (Mark) Pearson of Portland; fourteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren; siblings, Eileen Welsch of Coldwater, Luella Laux of Coldwater, Jim (Erma) Muhlenkamp of Portland and Martha (Arnie) Hilgeford of Portland and in-law, Linda Jutte of Coldwater.
Preceding her in death are her step mother, Mary (Schmit) Muhlenkamp; siblings, Louis (Gertrude) Muhlenkamp, Norma (Joe) Wallischeck, Joann (Ralph) Brackman, and infant sisters, Ruth and Virginia Muhlenkamp; brothers-in-law, Lewis Welsch and Mark Laux and in-law, Ted Jutte.
She was previously employed at the former Jay Garment Company, Portland and was a nurses aid at the former Otis Hospital, Celina.
Rosie was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and cherished the company of her family. She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed the friendship of her bingo friends.
She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, St. Peter, OH and the church's Christian Mothers Sodality.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:30 am Saturday, January 27, 2018 at St. Peter Catholic Church, with Fr. Ned Brown officiating. Burial will follow at St. Peter Cemetery.
Calling is 2:00 pm-8:00 pm Friday and 10:00 am-11:00 am Saturday at Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
