Mallory O. Bergman, Fort Recovery, Ohio, was stillborn December 2, 2014 at Jay County Hospital, Portland, IN.
Surviving are her father, Duane Bergman, her mother, Kristy (Strait) Bergman, a brother, Cole Bergman and a sister, Allison Bergman, all of Fort Recovery. Also surviving are paternal grandparents, Milton & Charlene Bergman of Fort Recovery; maternal grandparents, Phillip & Nancy Strait of Portland, IN; and a paternal great grandmother, Eileen Schmitz of Fort Recovery.
Graveside services will be 3:30 pm, Friday, December 5, 2014 at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery, Fr. Thomas Dorn officiating.
