John was a skilled tool and die maker, but he was so much more. He was an inventor, patent holder and farmer, and was the owner/operator of Teamwork Tooling. He has been called a wiseguy and storyteller. He was a devout Catholic and a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in Fort Recovery. Most of all, he was caring, loving, and loyal. He loved playing Santa Claus, and it was not uncommon for children to look, point or even come and sit on his lap and tell him their Christmas wishes. He treasured his visits with family and friends and enjoyed all the cards he received.
