Elaine R. Brunswick

Elaine R. Brunswick, 64, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died July 8, 2014 at her residence.
She was born October 18, 1949, in Coldwater, OH, to the late Gregor Post and the late Esther (Bruggeman) Post. On November 10, 1972, she married Melvin Brunswick Jr., who survives.
Also surviving is a daughter, Tammy (Mike) Hoying of St. Henry, OH; three sons, Chad (Jenny) Brunswick of Chickasaw, OH, Scott (Renee) Brunswick of Fort Recovery, OH, and Jason (Amanda) Brunswick of Columbus, OH; six brothers, Virgil (Ginny) Post of St. Henry, OH, Paul (Diana) Post of St. Henry, OH, Linus (Carla) Post of Coldwater, OH, Lee (Donna) Post of Celina, OH, Ron (Sandy) Post of St. Henry, OH, Greg (Colleen) Post of St. Henry, OH; seven sisters, Jean (Thomas) Yarletts of Columbus, OH, Teresa Ellrich of Midlothian, VA, Helen (Gary) Kremer of Maria Stein, OH; Irene (Joe) Selhorst of North Star, OH, Doris (Dan) Hartings of Coldwater, OH, Lucy (Dane) Riesen of Celina, OH, and Evelyn (Joe) Will of Fort Recovery, OH; 13 Grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Gerald Monnin of Versailles, OH; and in-laws, Kevin Brunswick of Fort Recovery, OH, Shirley (Robert) Droesch of St. Henry, OH, and Carol (Gerald) Heitkamp of Coldwater, OH.
Deceased is a sister, Kathleen Monnin.
She was a graduate of St. Henry High School, St. Henry, Ohio and was employed as a housekeeper at St. Charles Seminary, Carthagena, Ohio.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and Red Hat Ladies, both of Fort Recovery. She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Sharpsburg, Ohio and the Ladies Sodality of the church. Her biggest joy in life was spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 am Friday, July 11, 2014 at St. Paul Catholic Church, with Fr. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery, Sharpsburg, Ohio.
Calling is 2:00 pm-8:00 pm Thursday and 9:00 am-9:45 am Friday at Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
